Children 11 years old and below can stay in the hotel for free but only up to a maximum of 2 children are allowed to stay for free (except for Apartelle C which up to 3 children is allowed) in excess of the actual capacity of the room booked. 12 yrs old and above are considered adults.

ROOM CAPACITY POLICY
Applicable charges shall apply when the number of guests exceeds the actual capacity of the room whether or not the excess person/s avail an extra bed. PHP 750.00 per pax will be charged in excess. Price subject to change without prior notice.
Modifications may not be done for reservations under Promotional Rates or Packages.
Requests to modify the type of room, duration of stay, check-in date, check-out date and/or other additional packages availed shall be subject to availability and/or applicable charges (Not applicable to promotional rates).
CANCELLATION POLICY or NO REFUND POLICY
Cancellations are subject to cancellation fee which is equivalent to 100% of the deposit made.
All bookings will be hold until 6:00 PM of the check-in date. Kindly contact Ridgewood Hotel if you will be arriving later than 6:00 PM. Failure to do so will automatically result to cancellation of your reservation and subject to cancellation fee which is equivalent to 100% of the deposit made.
REVERSAL OF CHARGES
Disputes on charges shall be subject to investigation.
Should the hotel agree to the reversal of charges, 10% of the amount reversed shall be withheld by the hotel as administrative fee.
Processing may take up to 30 days.
To ensure the security of credit card owners and prevent fraud, guests must present the actual credit card used in this online booking plus a valid government-issued ID with photo of the card owner, upon check-in. Authorization letter, clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card and a government-issued ID with photo may also be presented by the guest if the credit card holder is different from the guests who will check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest or cancel a confirmed reservation if it suspects the booking was made fraudulently.
No pets allowed.
EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Early check-in is subject to 50% of the room rate.
Late check-out until 5:00 PM is subject to 50% of the room rate. Late check-out after 5:00 PM will be charged 100% of the room rate.
Guests with confirmed bookings may store their luggages before or after check-in free of charge. Ridgewood Hotel shall not be held responsible for any losses.
DEPOSIT FEE POLICY
The Deposit Fee guarantees the guest's reservation.
Reservation fees are nonrefundable when booking is cancelled.
CHARGING OF FEES
The nonrefundable Reservation Fee, Cancellation Fee and No-Show Fee, if any, shall be charged directly to the booker’s credit card account.
ROOM CHARGE BALANCE
The balance of the total room charges indicated in the reservation details shall be payable at the hotel upon check-in.
ADD-ONS & TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
Charges for add-ons and/or transportation service reserved online shall be payable at the hotel upon check-in.
Applicable cancellation and/or no-show fees shall be charged to the guest's credit card account.
Add-ons may be modified or cancelled on or before the check-in date.
Cancellations of Transportation Service made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service and no-shows shall be subject to a cancellation/no-show fee equivalent to the total transportation service charges, which shall be billed directly to the guest’s account.
PROMOTIONAL RATE OR PACKAGES POLICY
Bookings made under Promotional Rate or Package cannot be modified, unless specified otherwise. Cancellations are subject to cancellation fee which is equivalent to 100% of the deposit made.
PRIVILEGE CARD HOLDERS POLICY
1. Privilege card holders who reserved rooms in December 2015 should surrender their cards to front desk. Please take note that these cards only be availed until December 2015.
2. Privilege card holders - will be replaced by a new card once the card is surrendered to the front desk ; Please take note that the old cards validity is only until December 2015
3. Guests should tell their names and address so that Ridgewood will send to courier the new Privilege cards.
4. Validity of new cards is for two years; and can be availed only during low season.
Ridgewood Hotel assures that all information provided in our online booking system shall be treated with utmost confidentiality.
SENIOR CITIZEN / PWD DISCOUNT POLICY
The applicable discount will be based from the published rate and not from the online rate or promotional rate.
As per Republic Act No. 9994
"In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided herein, whichever is higher."
As per Republic Act No. 7277
"The privileges may not be claimed if the persons with disability claims a higher discount as may be granted by the commercial establishment and/or under other existing laws or in combination with other discount program/s."
The senior citizen / PWD discount will not be applied if the senior citizen / PWD chooses to avail the promotional discount.
The number of complimentary breakfast given will be based from the official capacity or stipulated number of capacity of the room as shown below. Menu options are subject to availability. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM until 9:30 AM and is served only at the restaurant. Breakfast is served upon presentation of breakfast meal stubs claimed only at the front office by the guest. Breakfast is served either as set breakfast or buffet depending on the discretion of the hotel.
Failure to avail the complimentary breakfast during the specified time shall be considered nulled and void and cannot be accumulated, converted to cash or in any kind.
